Dizzy spells

Please could I get some advice I was diagnosed last year but was told I’m just over the border and can manage with diet, the passed couple of weeks I’ve been getting these dizzy dizzy spells but my face tingles as well could this be diabetes related I really don’t quite understand it all yet

Hi Tracy 17871 and welcome to the forums. I'm assuming that you've not been diagnosed as your info says you're pre-diabetes? Please correct me if I'm wrong. It also helps if you give us a bit more info - what your HbA1c score was, what you're eating, that sort of thing.

No-one on these forums can or should attempt to diagnose. However - not everything is blood sugar related, and things you experience can have other causes too. In the past I had similar sensations to yours with low blood pressure, for example, but I am not saying that is what you're experiencing, I have no way of knowing. My advice would be to see your doctor, if you can.
