Dizzy spells

I am DT2 for 3/4 years, now, and lately any time I try to stand up I get dizzy spells that force me to lay down again. Sometimes while I am laying down my head is still spinning? I am on metformin, ramipril and simvastatin, and a course of antibiotics

You would be best to see your doctor as it could be anything

Agree with @Mrsass about seeing your Dr, no one on the forum is qualified to say what the cause may be.
