Hi im a 35 year old type 1 diabetic and my condition has been hard to manage past couple of months my partner has to watch me and as my hypos are in the morning has had to phone ambulances or give me gluco jags she has joked she is like a carer but i think she is and was wanting to know if their is any chance of claiming dla for this?

You can try, but to be honest unless you have very substantial requirements, you are very unlikely to be successful based purely on hypo unawareness.
Does she drive for you as well?
