So if I’m at home, cycling or at work or always recognise a hypo however when I’m volunteering at my local animal park. I always seem to get hypos just before lunch however have just mistook them for being. Tired and sometimes cold
If i didn’t have lunch I probably wouldn’t recognises it.
I do find this odd. Anyone else have similar experience and how to improve it

Yes me too, especially being tired. Also being inexplicably fed up is another. I’ve been known to pick a fight with my lovely husband, then do a test and realise it’s me not him.... ( for once ) and all harmony is restored once I’ve eaten. I think closing down everything is your body’s way of conserving energy.

One of my Libre symptoms can be tiredness.
However, if you are "detecting" a hypo from a Libre or CGM, bear in mind they are not 100% accurate and should be checked with finger pricks.
I don’t use a libre or Cgm
