As title really. Tonight had mince and veg, predominantly kale and sprouts, (call me weird I love em). With some chopped carrots.

Been a near zero carb day.

    Pre 4.4
Post 90 min later is, drumroll.. 4.4.

Huh. Bg was chasing 7 all on its own borderline fasting at the weekend. How come?

Given the variation in blood monitors, (+ or - 15 %) it is entirely possible. Tonight pre meal I was 5.5, after a mushroom, cheese and ham omelette, two glasses red wine, bg was 4.7 after two hours. No idea which one is correct, or indeed if both right or wrong. Bg readings can only be an approximation.
