Guys I've managed to lose some muscle and added body fat during the last 6-8m due to my levels not evening out even with regular exercising, they seem to be improving now and wondered if these macro's where right for me.
Also on training days I like to get the bilk of my carbs in during the day and the least at night is that fine?
