Silly question really, but do mushrooms count as one of your 5 a day? I am sure I read somewhere that they don't, which is a shame as I love them. 
Made a boob this morning. I thought as my readings have been fine for a while I would try half a bagel. Whooooops, bs up to 12.9. Won't be trying that again. Also had a slice of papaya at same time, so may have to avoid those too. Just when you think u got it sussed it all goes pear shaped, a bit like the shape I used to be. lol :wink:
