The Liver
What do we really know about our liver?
I've discovered through trial and error that my fatty liver is dumping at any opportunity.
New basal insulin should combat its dumping?
I'd prefer no insulin injs but for now it should help.
Can I resolve the liver dumping other than restricting carbs and protein from my diet?
Yes bariatric surgery will hopefully put liver back into normal status.
Can I fix my liver without having to do surgery?
The ND was suggested but I'm concerned I'll make matters worse when I return to eating normally after the restricted period.
I'm exercise restricted at mo so diet and techniques my only option?
Carbs have definitely been confirmed the main cause of fatty liver. But in the absence of carbs my protein seems to feed it too.
Maybe I just need to do very low carb diet for longer?
