Do you imagine what other forum members look like?

Oh wow, what a brilliant thread!

A lot of mine tend to be in group shots on nights out. Here's one (cropped) from a recent Christmas party, I had just started insulin and was starting to feel so much better

I love all these before and after pics! everyone looks great!

i reckon i could dig out a pic of me just before i was diagnosed, it's a picture of me from behind and i look very very bony.. weight loss from type 1... it's quite scary how you don't realise how thin you become, i'm pretty sure i had symptoms for over 2 months so i had a long time to get thinner and thinner, but i'm obviously all pink and healthy now so dont worry

also i NEVER pictures anyone to look how they do, it's not a bad thing though it nice to put names to faces

Taken a few weeks before Diagnosis in march last year. The clean shaven one is my grand son, My first one so i relented and let someone take a picture of me lol

Sanober - your photo is (obviously) lovely - but what is your Avatar picture of?

My best guess is that it's a cake icing depiction of your pancreas.

I bet it's something really obvious and I'm going to look stupid...

Borofergie thank you. My Avatar is a photo I took of a cuddly Pancreas. There's a website called I heart guts and it has all sorts of cute innards as well glands :lol:

Here we go then, baited breath; both taken in Antigua about 9 months ago after my 61st birthday. The second one was just after snorkeling, so catch the cool rash vest! (I'm the one wearing the black one, not the white one, before you ask!)
