Hi everyone, got recently pushed from pre diabetes to type-2. This felt blow below waist. I know many strong people here to get inspired from. In addition to that I recently had kidney stones operated. Somehow every bad thing falls onto you at the same time.

Im John, soon 37. Have wife and 3 kids.

HbA1c - 8%
FPG - 125mmol
OGTT - 265mmol

writing these on top of my head, other markers should check out. Nevertheless i will be buying meds and looking to get better.

Buying meds without prescription isn’t advised, Are you in the UK? why would you need to buy meds? Your GP will prescribe what you need.

Your fasting and OGTT numbers look like they're in mg/dl, not mmol/l.
What units are used depends on the country you are in.
Here's a useful chart to convert both hba1c and blood glucose to the units used in the UK:

What medication and dietary adjustments are you looking into? Did you get any advice from your doctor?
