It is really sad that so many people have bad service from their GP practise. I suppose we are lucky with our health care practise we have never had any complaint with the receptionists they are always really helpful never inquire why we want to see a doctor as I have heard happens sometimes in other practises when the receptionist decides if you need to see a doctor or not. My husband and I see different doctors but both of us are happy with the one we see and the other HCP's there are very good.. Yes we often have to wait 10 to 14 days to see our specific doctor of choice for a non urgent or routine appointment it is a very busy practise but that is pretty standard everywhere I think
