Hi All

I am a new T2, I already have blood pressure and IBS so had a pre-payment card for my prescriptions which cost £110 a year

Since i was diagnosed under advice from the gp surgery i sent my current pre payment card back for a refund and applied for an exemption card

The refund was rejected and they kept the card, but they will consider a refund if I can prove my condition????

My GP's surgery has lost my exemption form so I have to fill in another one now.

I now have no meds left my blood number is 20 my blood pressure is rising and my guts have started, and I am not paying for 11 items that would cost me £80

Why should I be going to the gym (which puts up my blood up by 2.5 points but no-one listsens to me), why should I watch what when the doctor can't send a form off in the post.

rant over :(

Most prescriptions have a repeat list attached to them. Send them this. This should give adequate proof of your condition to them.
