My favorite thing to have once a week but trying to avoid now because of the rice. Do you think it can be worked into the LCHF diet?
You could try and make your own low carb sushi using cauliflower rice. If you didn't eat much you would still be low carb but it may not do your BG levels an good. As @Robinredbreast says it comes down to what you can tolerate. Try a piece and test.
If the rice is double cooked to make the starch resistive this would help as well.

I am on LCHF and ate sushi recently. I ate just 4 pieces (figured out it was about 15 g of carbs total) and then ate just the fish without rice.
