I find Lantus suits my lifestyle, I take 88 units a night and 25 units of Novarapid with meals. I did find that when I was running (about 200 mile a week) my Lantus intake was about 36 and Novarapid was about 43 due to high carb diet, unfortunately due to Achilles injury I have not run in 2 years and my stress levels and blood pressure are through the roof.
