Hi guys, I'm a final year medic from King's College London and am doing a bit of research into public knowledge of preventative medicine. I was hoping to get a few more people with type 2 diabetes or heart or circulatory conditions to take a quick questionnaire (~10 minutes) so I can compare sub groups and look for trends. But you don't have to have health issues to take it - the more the merrier when you're doing stats! People have said it's quite interesting as well, since I give answers at the end.
