Does anyone with type 1 take magnesium supplements please

Hi does anybody with type 1 take magnesium supplements?. I've read that it helps with heel fissures and also blood sugar control. Very tempted! Thanks

Yes - but took them before diagnosis for sleep problems and have continued. Can't say I've noticed any difference with my BG if I run out tho!

Magnesium helps with a lot of things in your body. Well worth reaearching effects of magnesium deficiency.
There is also a must see video by the fat emperor regarding cardiac health and magnesium supplements.
