Does diabetes affect the job?

Good Morning
When I ignore diabetes I was out of my work almost every three months
In 2017 the days of absence were as follows
11/1 and 5/5 and 30/8 and 28/12 and 30/12
But after controlling diabetes well, I don't Remmeber a day i did absence
Diabetes really does have an effect on the your job ?

Since diagnosis only one period of sick leave - perhaps I have been lucky.

As your experience shows, uncontrolled diabetes can have a bad effect on your job, but if you have good control, it should not affect your job. Well done on your good control

And the reverse - it is often a circular relationship - significant job stress can make blood sugars harder to control, which can in turn make infections and other ilness more likely
