Well, it turns out (post full blood results today) that I can no longer metabolise vitamin D - my result was so low the lab was unable to accurately assign a number. This will account for a great many of my symptoms, which makes me optimistic that - once I've finished a course of mega-supplements and started on a (life long) maintenance dose, much of my tiredness and confusion, aches and pains will be resolved.

My VitD was nowhere near as low as yours, but getting it up to optimal levels has made a tremendous difference, so I hope it has the same effect on you

And - i hope you don't mind me asking - are you aware of the importance of supplementing Vit K2 at the same time as D3? (Most docs do not know this). For a full explanation, have a look at this:
