1u:10g carbs as I start to eatOut of interest what do you dose for protein in comparison to carbs?

Phew, been on it for a fair few months now and exactly the same weight now as thenJust googled 'does fiasp make you fat' and there was a thread on here that was top of the list...........and on one of the side affects sites rapid weight gain was classed as 'rare'

You can do them on a laptop, but on a phone is much easier and of course more portable. The first few months of low carb/keto, I didn’t need to, but as my body got used to it, I’ve found I have to dose for lean white fish and shellfish - not salmon, fatty fish, eggs or plant protein though. I dose 1:10 for every single gram of carbs in one dollop and 1:20 for the relevant protein, and that’s extended over two hours usually.

Breakfast is 60g 6 days of the week. Dinner is around 130g weekdays and tea is around 80g. I get small spikes every so often. As you are probably aware you can do the same thing every day and get totally different results....the joys of T1D@por169 how many carbs do you eat per meal on average? Just thinking if it might be the right thing to change to?
Question - what about the time it takes for food to leave your stomach? Isn't that when the insulin is needed?
