does the mango pickle increase the glucose level ?

Hi,

Today evening, i took some small piece of mango pickle, after some time, i tested my bg level, it was 220. does the mango pickle really increase the glucose level or it might be due to stress ? Yesterday evening my bg level was 103, today also i had same food except mango pickle.
