I have just woken up and tried to get out of bed - calves feel like someone is holding a blow torch to each one 'AHHHHH' lol!!!
My pain isn't caused by diabetes but I thought id post about it to see if anybody else has experienced DOMS recently after starting/returning to exercise and wishes to share their pain lol .
