Ok - I know we all chat on here, and sometimes we chat in the chatroom, but, for me personally, I find MSN Messenger a great tool to use - yeah we all know there are idiots out there who can cause you grief, but still a great, and nil cost, way of keeping in touch.

That's a good idea Jimbo. Don't use MSN alot myself but I am on Facebook. Incidentally I found out that there are alot of Diabetes groups on Facebook:

I had a couple of bad experiences on facebook myself - so came away from most of the social networking sites - I only use one now, when I can be bothered to sign in.

@ Chez - i'll add you when I get in tonight, cant do it @ work cos im restricted to using net messenger instead
