Ramyzee - basically, mate..it's impossible to say much accurately without an indicator of your blood sugar levels. It seems unlikely to me that you would have nerve damage and problems with your eyes etc if you have not had symptoms before (although you may have been diabetic for some time undiagnosed - seems unlikely given your age, that it's not been picked up). To be honest a million and one small infections (totally zilch to do with diabetes) cause fatigue and urine issues...even blurred vision, headaches, tingly feelings etc. My advice, however patronising it sounds - no point thinking anything until you know if you even are diabetic! No doubt the doctor will test for a few things. IF...if..you are diabetic...persuade the doctor to give you meter so you can self test and get in control through diet (but he may be reluctant if its Type 2). Note - many, many people who think they may be diabetic or get a diagnosis do get a bit freaked out and paranoid until rationality sets in. Chances are - it's something else altogether. If not - like mnay of us here - you WILL deal with it. Worrying gets you nowhere except more worried. Wait for the facts...not the imagined hell! Stress is hardly gonna help. Also - you could be a wee bit dehydrated...so drink water...more regularly. Good luck - let us know.
