Hi,
New to the community and forum. I am type 2, Hba1c was 10.0, but reducing it with fairly strict low carb and various supplements (bitter melon, gymnestre, fenugreek, turmeric etc). All definitely helping. Also resistent potato starch.
Bought myself a freestyle libre a week ago. Took a while to get working, and reads about 0.5 low compared to blood meter, but brilliant to see trends. Now know that if I have 20-30 grams of carbs, glucose goes up from 4 or 5 to 7.5 or 8. However, I usually get a double peak Eg rises to 7.5, back down to 6.8, then up to 8 before falling. Doers anyone else get this, or could it be the starch/supplements
