Double Vision

I have just returned from a week in the Canaries & found on the last two days of my vacation I developed doble vision. I am type 2 insulin dependant & have never had this problem previously. Aged 71 & am very careful with my diet. I have visited my optician today & she tested my eyes & referred me to my GP. Is this common with a change of diet or strong sunlight exposure.best wishes Morton edwin

We cannot really diagnose here but I am sure your G.P. will decide now that the optician has referred you.
