What sort of levels before and after eating are you getting? What did you have to eat and drink yesterday (for example)?

Not many.
...sorry to hear that you're feeling down Happygirl, sometimes it feels like we're fighting a brick wall doesn't it.... I was diagnosed 15 years ago and religiously followed what I was told, ie plenty of carbs....I've learnt since then and finding this place is a godsend.

...as Bluetit said, let us know what you're eating, a typical day..

hello happygirl, sorry you are feeling low.

As others have said give us a clue on your diet and what your typical BS readings are.

What are your readings like with those foods? I know there is no way I could eat any cereal, and can only manage one slice of bread so sandwiches are difficult!

Do you self test? What was your last HbA1c test result?

If I were you I would cut out the cereal and sandwiches as cereals and bread are very high in carbs, and as we diabetics know Carbs are sugar.

I hope you are feeling less low today.
