Anyone taking one of the following drugs should note a warning by the FDA of possible severe and disabling joint pain:

• Sitagliptin (brand names: Januvia, Janumet, and Janumet XR)
• Saxagliptin (Onglyza and Konbiglyze XR)
• Linagliptin (Tradjenta, Glyxambi, and Jentadueto)
• Alogliptin (Nesina, Kazano, and Oseni)
