I found this interesting. Exercising as a full time occupation for around 3 months, losing a stack of weight, putting it back on. Finding Keto. Seems many ex-contestants have gone to LCHF.

 
i must say I thought the Big Loser programmes were just a glorified calorie reduction and burning programme with a time-limited motivational push.
I recall one successful contestant interviewed in OZ who now has to keep up regular exercise 6 days per week, 4 hours per day to keep weight off. That is nuts!

Yeah, crazy, wonder how long that lasted for.
