Dr Bernstein on the importance of exercise

I didn't watch the video but I live by his phylosophy. Best ba ever !!

I've implemented some of his suggestions to positive effect.
Protecting the pancreas beta cells in type2s is one of my favourites.
Using r-ala supplement is a popular approach to reversing neuropathy pain/damage.
Exercise is covered in the book I bought very sensitivity but definitely indicated to be beneficial to all diabetics not just type2s.
He is a wonder.
I wonder how many more 82yr old type1s there are?

There's at least one over-80 year old gentleman who attends my local DUK meetings. He has his 60 years medal and not too long to go for the 70 year mark. He's a marvel, and still uses his bicycle around town; and he lives at the top of the hill.

He's a fabulous old guy. When we had the T1 children's choir, from the nearby Diabetes Centre come to sing to us before Christmas, he was a real hub of attention for them, and their parents, one way or another.

Just goes to show how it can be for some.

I love that man he is Amazing and also amirable

Even he admits there is a place for medication if diet and exercise alone doesn't fully help.
His book is packed full of help and knowledge. A big help!
