I intend to listen to this as I am an avid follower of his “ laws of small numbers”.
Keeps me much safer and hypos rarely close to serious other than the rare no reason for ones.

I’m now T1 so it really helps but when I was type 2 it helped as well. I do eat less protein than he allows as in the absence of caebs protein spikes me.
