This fell into my inbox today. It is a 10 miniute watch on the effects of Insulin resistance, and the use of keto diet to reduce it.

Whilst I agree with Dr Berg on keto being a possible solution, I do not believe it to be the only solution. The Newcastle Diet has shown a reduction in IR as well. There will be other routes to that same goal too.
