Hello my name is Dr Pan Joules, , among other things, I’m a Jazz musician, an artist and historian. I grew up in Scandinavia but currently reside in the UK where I lecture at a number on universities on Norse mythology. I recently be diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and struggling to control it by diet alone. So your support and guidance would really lift my spirit. English is a second language so I hope this post is fully understandable.
