Do you do this.

More than once I've dreamt of going hypo, wandering about in a confused state trying to find glucose, trying to communicate with people, woken up and I'm actually having a minor hypo.

Last night was different. I dreamt I was at a reception, huge buffet the kind that you know is going to knock you bandy for hours no matter what!! Guess what? I awoke and my blood sugar was racing and surging. Normal evening beforehand everything stable.

Is it my dreams screwing my sugars or sugars screwing my dreams. I guess its the latter but who knows.:singing:

I think its somekind of warning mechanism from your body, in order to alert you. Also your brain functions are affected by high or low sugars, andso are your dreams. I also get strange dreams on hypo or hypos. Its better than noticing nothing and getting into a coma:)

I also dream in connection with blood sugar. When I have nightmares that wake me, I am low, but the nightmares are not usually about hypos.
