I gave up smoking 9 years ago, and know I'll never smoke again, but in my dreams I often have a crafty fag, telling myself that 'I'll only smoke while I'm on holiday' or 'just this one' won't hurt. Yeah right!

I've been low carbing for well over a month now and until last night hadn't dreamt of food, but last night I was at a village fete, in the cake tent, surrounded by goodies I was telling people I couldn't eat. On the last table was a large plate with the remnants of a very gooey chocolate buttercream cake, big crumbs and dollops of chocolate buttercream, just sitting there calling to me! I snuck in a bit of buttercream , then a bit more, and then all pretense of being good gone out the window I cleaned the plate, it was gorgeous!

I just hope it doesn't turn into a recurring dream like the smoking one!

I would say enjoy the dream, ITS CARB FREE YAY.

i didn't think of it that way! I hope it DOES become a recurring dream like the smoking, maybe it's the dreams that have kept me on teh staight and narrow while awake :angelic:
