@Pipp has said - check the nutritional information for carbohydrate content and not just for 100g though,
but also for the amount you actually want to eat. Use both this information and your glucose meter if you have one as a guide as to what you personally can or can't tolerate carbohydrate wise.
I'm T2 and as I'm carbohydrate intolerant I eat an LCHF diet to control my diabetes. I avoid sugar laden
dried fruit like the plague, although I'm happy to eat small quantities of
lower carb fresh fruit. Crisps are also definitely on my "No Go" list as I've chosen not to eat what I consider to be unnecessary carbs, although we don't actually
need to eat any.
