Earl Grey tea has 0.36g carbs per teacup, I see nothing wrong with drinking it.Am I wrong? Should I stop drinking it?
I drink Earl Grey all the time! Have done for numerous years. Also love a nice cup of Green TeaHello. Recently diagnosed R2. I have never drank Earl Grey tea but was at a wedding Saturday just gone and they served afternoon tea. I tried some and it was surprisingly nice. I quickly googled and found several sites saying that black and green teas can contribute to reducing blood sugar and weight, so I promptly added some to the grocery shop.
Had a few cups today and joined this forum but have been unable to find any posts directly relating to any benefits. Am I wrong? Should I stop drinking it?

Can't see anything wrong with it health wise. Downside is it tastes like perfume.
