Early morning highs??

Hello lovelies!

I'm struggling at the moment..
I take levemir split dose before bed and first thing in morning. No matter how perfect my before bed glucose, if I correct or what site I inject I just seem to be waking up glucose 16mmol plus.
I have a libre and that shows steady incline during the night, no night time hypos.

I'm so puzzled! Anyone else had this problem?
