Anyone make their own yogurt with EasiYo. We were getting through so much greek yogurt I though it would be more cost effective to make my own so I bought The Easiyo system and the unsweetened greek yogurt powder. have made two lots so far and I am so pleased with the result it is really thick and creamy yogurt which we have with fruit..my husband does sweeten his with a little Stevia sweetner I would love to try other flavours but they all have sugar in so thats out. If you are doing low fat EasiYo say their yogurt is usually lower in fat than shop bought ones
We use the EasiYo Yoghurt maker and I also agree that the Greek Yoghurt from the makers is very nice. I have it every morning with some berries for my breakfast.
I boil some milk let it cool stir in a table spoon of live yoghurt pour in container bung in airing cupboard next day yoghurt.
Can't quite get the thickness I want though.

Too right !
I can only use the unsweetened greekstyle yogurt as almost all sugars seem to make me spike. I add 60g of berries, a shake of ground cinnamon some ground flaxseed topped off with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut. BGs usually only increase by 2.0 or so after two hours.

I made macaroons on sunday that went really badly, ive resorted to natural greek yog, straw and blue berrys and a good handful of coconut bits very nom!
