I am still looking to see if someone has a decent, non complex spreadsheet so that I can keep track of my blood sugar levels and meals I eat etc.

Nothing too difficult please.

Thanks

I did post to you yesterday offering you a template of mine and asking for a PM with your email address.

No problem - click on the envelope icon at the top of the page (right end of red bar, next to your name). Enter my name in the address box and type the message and send. Better idea - I'll send you one and you can reply to it (you should see a red notification icon when it arrives, just click on that and reply).

Unfortunately it's not a good idea to show email addresses in open forums!

Stattovic
here are some simple Excel file formulae for a given range
Number of readings =COUNT(D4:D462)
Average of readings =AVERAGE(D5:D462)
Std Dev of readings =STDEV(D4:D462)

Andrew's 2 files are a self contained program that doesn't need/use MS Excell, and a .CSV data file which is an example but should be readable in MS Excell.

Hi Stattovic,

I tend to work in spreadsheets too. What exactly are you looking for?

There are some great templates at the Vertex link, glad you like it John.
