Hi, on a thread where people post their fasting bs levels
several posters mention they are surprised by good morning bs levels as they know they ate more carbs last night.
I've posted about this before but still wondering, if we eat a few more carbs at night, might that help prevent liver dump, and so overall give better fasting numbers? Still trying to get my morning numbers down a bit!
