Cholesterol in food has very little impact on blood cholesterol.

I eat at least three eggs a day, @roumy , often more. Two for breakfast, one for elevenses, and sometimes as part of either lunch or tea. No ill effects of any kind, and my cholesterol is something like 4 point something from what I recall from last July's test.

They're the perfect low-carb snack!

:)

Our bodies synthesise whatever cholesterol it needs to function. Cutting it from the food intake will not really change this.

Wow, 36 a day! I thought my own egg consumption was unusually high, but there's no way I would want to eat 36!

:wideyed:
