eating sugar does not increase my Blood glucose levels

I really think it would be a good idea for you to tell us exactly what you are eating and when you are testing. You seem to be making all the wrong choices big time. Its quite possible that if you test at 1hr30, or 2hrs you are missing the worse of the chocolate spike, although having said that sometimes chocolate doesn't effect bgs as much as thought because of the fat content. BUT its still a really mega daft thing to eat, along with the other stuff mentioned. If you really are being honest in all this then you do need to reduce carbs and adjust insulin to suit. There are many on this site that are insulin users and will be able to help. Insulin injections are not a 'get out of jail free' card, you cannot continue to eat rubbish and expect insulin to protect you, you are heading (if not already there) for really serious insulin resistance and insulin dependance. You are still relatively young, please make the necessary changes, but its your decision. If you continue along your current path you are going to have big time problems in the not too distant future.

A postscript to the above - how long have you been diagnosed, and have the working of diabetes management and the actions of medications been explained to you ?

I think this thread should be discontinued. No good purpose can be the result of such strange behaviour.. It is so strange as to make me wonder whether the author is playing with us.

My high tech 'Troll alarm system' is ringing off the wall right now after reading some of this!:watching:
