They are usually about 1000% the rda of Vit C. Very effective at keeping the lurgy at bay. (And they taste a lot like Orange Tango! :wink: )

L Lizzie7 Well-Known Member Messages 52 Nov 11, 2009 #5 Thanks guys, I took some drops last night (echinacea in an ethanol solution) and it seems to have done the trick. Will also try the vitamin C tabs as I don't eat oranges etc anymore. Thanks again xx
