effect of insulin?

hi everyone, i've been on novorapid for about 6/7 years now. it's only recently that i've found myself to be absolutely ravenously hungry even after eating a meal. i'm constantly starving all the time and i was wondering could this be an effect of the insulin?

Used to find this happened to me used to eat a good meal and still be hungry. Apparently supposed to wait for at least 1/2 to one hour for food to be digested before hunger reduced. Did not seem to happen.
Since changing in summer to pod now find that hunger not occurring may be because gradually given insulin throughout day and bolus only at meals. Have lost nearly a stone in weight in 6 months. This is purely my opinion. Hope it helps answer your question. Historically insulin was used for anorexia to increase hunger but not now.
