Eggs are okay!

Now your talking! Proper black pudding & fried egg..
Had some of this while backpacking round Ireland a number of years ago. Funny enough, just sliced & fried with an egg on a camping stove.. Lovely! http://www.clonakiltyblackpudding.ie/products/clonakilty-blackpudding

I've never met an egg I didn't like either....

That black pudding from Ireland does look good @Jaylee :)

In the summer we stayed in B&B that used a black pudding bought from Stornoway, it was one of the best I'd tasted in a long time.

Mind some of the supermarket versions of the two are truly awful, you can't beat a proper butchers shop haggis/black pudding where its made on the premises.
Same as Faggots (Mods please read page at the link if you do not know what they are), best ones I have eaten were from a pork butchers in Wisbech in Cambridgeshire years ago. Same as his black pudding. :hungry:

He sold free range eggs as well just to stay on topic. :meh:

My local dairy (and ice cream store) in this small town half-way around the world has seen this thread and told me eggs were on sale $1.00 for a dozen today. I bought some and plan to make a spinach and tomato crustless quiche tomorrow.

Fun fact: in the Milan Underground you can transport a live chicken if you pay a full price ticket, and having chickens on the garden or on the balcony is allowed. It's not a strange event to hear chicken noises in downtown Milan.

I buy them at the supermarket or sometimes at the mill or from a local farmer.
