Good reminder. And as well as the nutritional help, they are easy to store raw or cooked, not normally expensive, add oomph to a variety of dishes, and are delicious.
 
Possible side effects are a little vague. I think I would be tempted to mention the smell, especially when you carry raw eggs around.
That said, I do enjoy a salad nicoise.
 
I eat two eggs with yolk and about 8-10 boiled egg whites (whites only) everyday. I personally think that helps my BG. I am Pre( no medicine),

Why only the whites? I like the yolks best, too bad we aren't neighbours so we could share our eggs, you the whites and I the yolks!
 
Love eggs and between us, we go through an average half dozen a day, good job there is a nice little greengrocer that sells fresh local farm eggs for just over a quid for six!

There was a report that in many vegan produced meals, eggs and dairy products were found!!!!!

Not like big food manufacturers to leave that out!
 
Oh I love how times have changed , I can remember a time when a dietician , basically told me off cos I ate 4 eggs in a week , as the recommended amount was 3 a week, one of my favourite sarnies is sliced boiled egg with salt and black pepper , and 4 egg omelette with grated cheese mmmm mmmmm mmmmmmmmmmm , eggs are the best
 
During the first COVID lockdown, when I was pregnant and my partner suddenly got fever, no tests were available and supermarket deliveries basically impossible to arrange, there was a lovely lady from the local market, who arranged egg deliveries via Facebook. I ate a lot of eggs then, and my daughter loves them now.
