I have discovered that electric induction ovens are safer and more economical to run and as a vulnerable person I am wondering whether one of these ovens would be a good choice for my new home. But I have some concerns about the effect of the electro magnetic waves from such an oven and how they might impact on my sensor readings. Does anyone know if there are any dangers with this? I have phoned Abbot but they say there is no evidence regarding this matter although pace makers can be affected by induction ovens, and also various other health-related technologies. Research has yet to be done for libre sensors. I also phoned my clinic and they do not know at this point either. Does anyone know whether Abbot Libre 2 plus sensors are affected by induction ovens? Thank you!

I've been using my induction hob for nearly as long I have been using a Libre and it doesn't seem to have any effect on it .
