I have been type 1 for over a year now, and just got into mountain bike riding and my leg muscles are building nicely 8) 8)
But i would like to start talking some kind of energy drinks to help me go further in my training kind of like

Or max muscle to help build myself up for going longer faster ect. I just wanted to know if this is a defiant NO NO or there is some types 1 who does and what results have they had or which is the best one to use while having type1 diabetes.
