Hi all
Well, somehow, made it to the end of week 8.
Stuck rigidly to the original ND of 800 cal per day. My diet consisted of 3 x 100 cal shakes and 500 calories of non starchy veg.
I started at 15st 2lbs and set target weight at 15% weightloss which would therefore be 12st 8lbs
My BG were in mid to high 20's and I was on max. Medication, next step was to inject insulin.
My BMI was 28.7 which is "overweight" (nearer to the 'Obese' range than the 'Healthy' range).
My blood pressure was elevated and I was taking a Losartan

Thanks to the guidance and encouragement of Peerless, Fleegle, Ringi, Chook, Bulkbiker and moderators, plus many more whom I equally thank, my stats are now:

Weight this morning was 12st 6.75lbs - yayyy that's 2 stone 9 1/4 lbs lost
BG 5.3 & has been sub 6 for most of the diet with about 5 days where it was between 6 and 9
BMI is 24.5 (Healthy range)
Blood pressure is now 120/60 completely normal
I am off all medications and have been for over 6 weeks.

Now looking to maintain everything through low carb diet control.
Long range tests on 5/10

Once again thank you to all who contributed on my journey.
Fair play on your success
