I drink these in preference to Diet Coke.

I've tried to copy the info - but the writing is a bit small in places and websites don't always give the whole information. the only one with a diabetic warning is Lidl's. But the ingredients look to be almost the same as the rest.

My favourite? Red Bull Sugar Free and Aldi's Red Thunder.

Anyone got any advice on these ingredients?

I do/have drank the Lidl one (Mixxed Up).

I used to NEED the energy drinks to operate first thing in the morning - I'm surprised that they are not advised for diabetics? (I suspect that is a carry over from the non-sugar free version packaging...)

Since losing some weight, I've found that I can't drink 'em anymore. It stops me sleeping!

That's what I thought - they didn't bother to change the packing from the sugared Mixxed Up.

Taurine seems to be a natural thing -according to Wiki -But not too sure about the sweeteners.
Which drink would be safest?
